Die von dem New Yorker Künstler Jason Hirata organisierte Ausstellung beinhaltet Beiträge einer Reihe von Künstler/innen und Akteuren und gilt zugleich als die Arbeit von Jason Hirata. Die Schau präsentiert seine Praxis, die sich in Formen von Hiratas Anwesenheit, vermittelt durch das Assistieren, Kommunizieren und dialektische Interpretieren in den Tätigkeiten anderer wiederfindet. Dadurch entsteht das Porträt eines bestimmten sozialen Raumes, in dem sich mediale und objekthafte Installationen entlang des Umfelds von Hirata verbinden.

Jason Hirata, 1986 in Seattle, WA, geboren, lebt und arbeitet in New York. Mit 25 October, 2015 — 12 May, 2019 präsentiert der Kunstverein Nürnberg – Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft die erste institutionelle Einzelausstellung des Künstlers.
